aerodrome would be accompanied by the possibility of severe impedance of public interests.
3. Permission for the deactivation of an aerodrome in accordance with the paragraph 1 may be granted for within a specified period.
4. The aerodrome provider, after obtaining permission for deactivation of an aerodrome under the provisions of paragraph 1, shall be required to have the aerodrome inspected by the Ministry for Transport when the provider thereof reactivates the said aerodrome.
5. The provisions of Article 42 paragraph 2 through 4 shall apply accordingly to the case of reactivation thereof under the preceding paragraph.
Article 45. The non public aerodrome provider or the air navigation facility provider shall report that to the Minister of Transport not later than seven days prior thereto at the latest, in the case of deactivation or closure of the facilities concerned.
2. The provisions of paragraph 4 and 5 of the preceding Article shall apply to reactivation of a non public aerodrome or an air navigation facility that has been deactivated.
(Notification Regarding Public Aerodromes or Air Navigation Facilities)
Article 46. The Minister of Transport shall, when the public aerodrome provider or air navigation facility provider (except those air navigation facilities stipulated under Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport) has reported the item specified under Article 42 paragraph 3, notify the public of the name and location of the facilities concerned, outline of the installations and any other items specified under Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport. The same shall apply when there has been any alteration to the items notified, or a deactivation, a reactivation or closure of the facilities concerned.
(Administration of Aerodromes or Air Navigation Facilities)
Article 47. The aerodrome provider or the air navigation facility provider shall administer the facilities concerned in accordance with technical standards specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport.
2. The Minister of Transport shall periodically inspect the facility concerned according to the provisions of a Cabinet Order, in order to ascertain that administration of the aerodrome or air navigation facility under the preceding paragraph conforms to the standards under the same paragraph.
